To strengthen our team, we are looking for a [[Customer Quality Engineer]] in our plant in [[Fayoum]].Detailed description of main activities:- Organize and prepare customer and CSC audits and visits, and ensure customer satisfaction and focus.
- Communicate with management and plant employees about received claims (All types), and secure the customer (stock replacement, rework, etc.).- Conduct claim analysis with the relevant members (multidisciplinary team).
- Respect the deadlines for submitting 3D, 5D, and 8D reports, and respond promptly to customer and CSC requests.
- Prepare the 8D report and the inspection standard linked to the received claims, and follow up on corrective actions and effectiveness verification via the QRM meeting on a weekly basis.
- Standardize the actions in other projects and customers (via the FMEA review), and prepare the QIP.
- Issue the YOKOTEN internally to the concerned departments and members, and analyze the YOKOTEN.
- Reply to CF about the performed analysis of YOKOTEN, and make a follow-up of defined actions.
- Perform LPA audits and control plan validation- Request external deviation from CSC and customer and ensure the tracking/follow up.
- Prepare all types of customer documentation (PPAP package and PSW cover pages) and ensure the PPAP status preparation and communication.
- Ensure the respect of the QMS expectations (IATF 16949), the applications of all work standards and rules related to the EHS and the 5S.Job Qualifications:- BSc. in Engineering.
- 1 to 4 years of experience preferred in the same industry.
- Functional knowledge and skills.
- Good communication skills.
