As a leader, he/she owns the projects to improve candidate experience and operational excellence for MEA region & ensures delivery of business goals by creating a collaborative team environment with a strong candidate-oriented culture.Job Responsibilities:Manages the day-to-day operations to ensure the progress of the MEA-WFS projects and alignment with business goalsLeads and develops a team of associates, including regular performance evaluations and coaching for performance improvementAssists with interviewing and onboarding new team membersCoordinates team schedule and assigns duties based on business needsUnderstands new hire workflow and technical systems and makes recommendations to drive improvementDevelops and maintains relationships with both internal and external stakeholders to build successful long-term partnershipsAnalyzes daily, weekly, and monthly reporting of Key Performance Indicators and provides meaningful solutionsLeads and drives change initiatives and projects, of increasing scale and complexity, through to completioncreates scalable staffing strategies to build infrastructure and ensure team resource capabilities meet business demandJob Qualifications:-3+ years of experience in same role & managing projects & workforce initiatives-At least 1 year of experience leading a team-Master's degree or MBA is a plus-Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems-Exceptional analytical skills, ability to work with large amounts of data and communicate findings, experience establishing and tracking key performance metrics including return on investment-Cross-functional project management experience-Basic/Working knowledge of Six Sigma tools and Lean techniques is a plus-Ability to work successfully in a dynamic, ambiguous environmentIf you match the above criteria, send your updated resume to resume@nokhc.net mentioning "Workforce Staff Senior Specialist" in subject line
