- Providing 24*7 technical support for CASA infrastructure servers used for CASA (oncall is required during none business hours).
- Managing accounts for all CASA tools (creation, deletion and modification).
- Managing all services used for CASA Admin Zone for our internal OB customers .
- Deploy Patches and new releases on CASA servers with different OSs.
- Tracking/Solving all CASA incidents raised by servers’ owners.
- Testing new packages provided by CASA solutions for validation before their deployment.
- Reporting server usage (for license purposes).
- Working on proactive event management process .about you- Very good understanding of CASA services (Ex. CyberArk , WSUS , KMS , WSUS , Antivirus , NTP , ...)
- Very good understanding of IT & networking fundamentals (CCNA is a plus).
- Very good understanding of Linux and windows operating systems.
- Very Good understanding of VMware Technologies.
- Good Presentation skills.
- Good understanding of ITIL processes (ITIL Foundation).
- Very good communication, facilitation and customer facing skills.
- MSCE is a plus.additional informationEducational background:
- Computer, Communications or Electronics B.Sc. or B.Eng. Degree.
- Soft Skill/Business Courses (Time management, facilitation skills, interpersonal skills, communication skills ...) is a plus.Professional Experience:
- At least 3 years of IT professional experience.Languages:
