Job PurposeOn-time and in-full (OTIF) deployment of project S&R Vital in Egypt OpCo and embed related new ways of working & culture change in the OpCo. Acts as a trusted person reporting to the OpCo MT and MD and plays a challenger role to address gaps or issues with progress. The S&R Vital project is about improving the BaBW reporting data quality and implementing the new sustainability external reporting requirements (CSRD)Duties and ResponsibilitiesDeployment & alignment: Disciplined delivery of the S&R Vital OpCo implementation roadmap (derived from the central integrated roadmap): * Obtains clear alignment from the functional MT members on picture of success, timelines & deliverables; - Leads OpCo operating cadence (drumbeat) and ensures S&R Vital progress and risks are discussed in MT/business meetings;

Proactively identifies risks & issues and resolve or flag to MT/GM and Regional/Global functions as required for timely de-bottlenecking;

Culture Change: * Support functional engagement and change management to embed new culture and capability requirements:

Supports execution of S&R functional engagement and communication;
Proactively connects with other OpCo S&R Reporting Implementation Managers and Regional S&R Reporting Implementation Manager to “share/learn/reapply” best practice trying to maintain and standard approach across Heineken.

Lead and coordinate the delivery of the S&R Vital project: * Project management support: confirm functional S&R Vital governance design in OpCo and related resource planning, OpCo implementation roadmap;

Systems alignment: ensures there is functional ownership for systems and data flows, all changes are made OTIF and reports on progress/flag issues when required aligned with a D&T owner in OpCo.
Quality assurance: coordinating cross-functional interdependencies relating to S&R Vital delivery;
Tracking & reporting - track progress of OpCo S&R Vital;

Education & ExperiencesEducational Background: Bachelor level as minimum, Masters preferred, in Business Administration, Finance, S&RYears of Experience: +5 years of experience, 2-3 years in project/change management, demonstrated experience in a large multinational (preferably FMCG) or consultancy firmQualifications & Other Requirements : Good command of English Language, Strategy/Project management/Finance, passion for sustainabilityVery good skills in Microsoft Office, Project Management toolingFunctional CompetenciesCommunication skills:

Strong stakeholder management with stakeholders (with conflicting interests) throughout different layers of the organization. Combines conceptual understanding and practical judgement, is fact-based and a communicator
Flexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous situations, dealing with complexity and time pressure

Project Management:

Project management, structured and organized thinker, experience working within and implementing complex (preferably in cross-functional) change projects, building collaborative relationships, influencing skills, managing without control, results focused and able to prioritize

Finance Planning & Analysis:

Strong FP&A mindset
Ability to set up and harmonize reporting from various sources / tools
