- Source and procure required products from warehouses based on organizational needs.
- Ensure timely delivery of purchased items from the warehouses.
- Maintain effective communication with warehouse staff to coordinate and track orders.
- Conduct market research and perform price comparisons to identify cost-effective purchasing options.
- Maintain a database of pricing information and vendor catalogs for reference.
- Prepare and process purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and confirm purchase requirements.
- Identify and evaluate potential vendors and suppliers based on quality, reliability, and pricing.
- Monitor vendor performance, including delivery reliability and product quality, and address any issues that arise.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of purchase transactions, POs, and other relevant documentation.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, metrics, and analysis related to purchasing activities.
- Collaborate with various departments such as finance, and business, to ensure alignment in procurement activities.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field, or an equivalent.
- Minimum 1 to 3 years of relevant work experience.
- Proven track record in the field of Purchasing.
- Preference will be given to candidates with a background in the Pharmaceutical industry.
- Proficiency in English (Good level).
- Expertise in Microsoft Office applications.
- Exceptional attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Ability to effectively establish rapport and influence key stakeholders.
- Work schedule: 6 working days per week with Fridays off
- Morning shift: 9:00 pm to 5:00 am
- Work Location: Chefaa Headquarters in Maddi
