Play a crucial role in developing and executing our commercial strategy, driving revenue growth, and ensuring our products and services reach the market effectively. The CCO will lead our sales, marketing, and business development teams and will be responsible for shaping the company's market presence and customer relationships.
  • Commercial Strategy Development: Develop and execute the company's commercial strategy, ensuring alignment with our overall business goals and objectives.
  • Sales Leadership: Lead and mentor the sales team, setting clear targets and objectives, and driving revenue growth in domestic and international markets.
  • Marketing and Brand Management: Oversee the marketing and branding efforts to build and maintain a strong market presence, promoting the company's products and services effectively.
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue strategic partnerships and business development opportunities to expand the company's market reach and capabilities.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, addressing their needs and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services.
  • Market Analysis: Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to adapt and refine the company's commercial strategies accordingly.
  • Budget Management: Manage the commercial department's budget effectively, ensuring efficient resource allocation.
  • Reporting and Analytics: Develop and maintain performance metrics and reporting systems to track and analyze the effectiveness of commercial initiatives.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with other department heads and the executive team to ensure alignment of commercial efforts with overall company objectives.
  • Compliance and Ethics: Ensure all commercial activities adhere to legal and ethical standards, including regulatory compliance.
RequirementsBachelor degree in Business Administration or equivalent10-15 years of experience in the FMCG commercial functionsExperience in Export and Local Sales channels is preferredStrong experience in FMCGLeadership and strategic skillsStrong financial and business acumen
