Prepare cost control and variance analysis (actual vs. budget)

Responsible for cash flow management.

- Daily checking and booking of bank statements- Preparing cash flow situation- Monitoring the cash flow requirements

Responsible for routine monthly account reports, managing and controlling all account payables in timeline and effectiveness and Control all account receivables and follow up with customer for the payment; and general ledger.

- Control of all bookings, make sure all in and outgoing bookings are done on date of reporting- Look for irregularities based on the list of outstanding invoices.- Checking of all General Ledger accounts on monthly base: make sure all costs and profits are correct and on the correct cost accounts.- Managing the preparation of all financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets.- Preparations of the budget- Analysis of the budget versus actual results

Manage customer relationship towards customer finance/treasury department

Contact with third parties such as customers, suppliers, contractors, Banks, external auditor and the government associations

Be able to negotiate financing/Payment terms with customer treasury department and mange local banking resource

Prepares the proper Financial Statement (B/S and P/L) with analysis and Compile financial reports and statements for utilization by corporate office.

Review and set up the work standard procedure and workflows for respective divisions within the Finance function. Liaise extensively with colleagues as well as financial institutions domestically and abroad.

Prepare and review any internal/operational audit reports as required by management

Ensure full implementation of accounting system

Be proactive in providing advice and recommendation for improvement in accounting systems and processes.

Any other task that maybe required by the Line Manager.

To uphold the PSA BDP “Experience” Vision and ensure compliance with health and safety.

University degree in accounting, finance, audit or tax

Knowledge of accounting topics, such as tax procedures, accounting software, economics, principles of finance, and standard business practices

International business experience preferred

At least 8-10 overall combined accounting and finance experience

Excellent communication skills
