Meeting Point EgyptKey Responsibilities:
  • Controlling the operation costs and revenues related to Excursions, Transfers, and other income.
  • Reconciliation of supplier invoices against the supplier costs in GWG/Sejour/Other systems/Booking Excel files.
  • Preparing the daily costs and reviewing the related suppliers' invoices.
  • Handling the payment of suppliers after receiving cheques from HQ.
  • Handling cash collection from onsite sales and depositing it to Banks.
  • Sending the monthly accounting reports to the Head of branches on the assigned deadline.
Key Skills:
  • Excellent – Written and spoken English Level.
  • Office 365 tools (MS Excel mandatory).
  • Quick learner, destination knowledge, can work independently or in a team.
  • Communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge / Experience:0-5 years of experience in a relevant Industry.Competencies:
  • Readiness to learn and change.
  • Teamwork.
  • Structured working
