- Ability to apply subject matter expertise to support construction of product strategy, including definition of relevant business KPIs
- Ability to understand product development from ideation to release
- Ability to gather, analyze and understand customer and business needs and understand impact against product backlog and impact on team
- Ability to make quick decisions and support the Product Owners to make sure that they constantly prioritize right things
- Ability to handle issues arising from day to day activities and recommend solutions
- Understanding of P&L management, and cost and resource optimization
- A dedicated role taking up to 100% of the time, incl. working within the tribe and with stakeholders outside of the tribe (e.g. in other parts of wholesale banking sectors)
- Provides high level input on product vision and the product requirements to ensure it is aligned to the overall strategy
- Participates in the scoping process and gives his/her sign off
- Accountable for the business requirements of the sprint results at demonstration
- Develop and implement overarching GTM strategy (incl. targeting criteria, pricing structure, etc.) as well as orchestrate cross-functional communication to execute product launches
- Orchestrate the execution of small changes in GTB products (with Business Analyst support if needed)
- Vigorously tracks and analyzes strategic business and quality KPI’s against business goals
- Supports the PO in getting the necessary staffing
- Participates in PO evaluation together with the chapter lead (i.e. lead PO)
