All mylo products are fully Sharia-compliant, ensuring ethical and inclusive financial practices.We are seeking a passionate and driven Associate Product Manager to join our Cards Squad within the Fintech domain. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to contribute to the development and optimization of card-based financial products, including credit, debit, prepaid, and virtual cards.You will work closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, data, and operations to deliver innovative solutions that enhance customer experience and drive business growth.Responsibilities

Product Development: Assist in defining product requirements and user stories for card-related features and services.
Market Research: Conduct competitive analysis and customer research to identify trends and opportunities in the cards space.
Roadmap Execution: Support the Product Manager in maintaining and executing the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with internal stakeholders (e.g., compliance, risk, marketing) to ensure product initiatives are well-integrated and compliant.
Data-Driven Decisions: Analyze product performance metrics and customer feedback to inform product enhancements.
Testing & QA: Participate in UAT and coordinate with QA teams to ensure high-quality product releases.
Customer Focus: Advocate for the end-user by ensuring products meet customer needs and deliver exceptional experiences.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in product management, preferably in fintech or financial services.
Familiarity with card systems, payment networks, and transaction flows is a plus.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
Experience with Agile methodologies and tools like Jira or Trello.
