- Oversee financial reporting and month-end closing processes.
- Coordinate external and internal audits and address auditor queries.
- Maintain accuracy of general ledger and reconciliation of accounts.
- Supervise departmental reporting to meet company standards.
- Manage inventory and fixed assets counts and reconciliation.
- Handle tax compliance, payroll processing, and regulatory filings.
- Supervise accounts payable and receivable functions, ensuring timely payments and collections.
- Implement internal controls and procedures for financial security and compliance.
- Prepare and submit financial statements and reports as required.
- Develop workload plans and monitor their implementation.
- Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Provide leadership and guidance to subordinates for their development.
- Ensure adherence to quality, health, safety, and environmental standards.
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or related field (Master's preferred).
- Experience in the construction or contracting field is specifically required.
- CPA or equivalent certification.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in financial management.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and regulations.
- Fluent in English is a Must.
- Familiarity with VAT, Corporate Tax, WHT, Payroll Tax, Social Security, and Contractual Insurance preferred.
- ERP Experience:
- Experience with ERP systems like Microsoft Dynamics Navision, D365, SAP, Oracle.
