- Lead the integration team in designing, developing, and implementing integration solutions using WebMethods.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand integration requirements and translate those into effective technical solutions.
- Manage the integration lifecycle from requirements analysis to deployment, ensuring high performance and reliability.
- Conduct code reviews and provide technical guidance to team members on best practices and WebMethods features.
- Monitor integration performance and troubleshoot any issues while optimizing processes for improved efficiency.
- Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in WebMethods and integration technologies, applying new knowledge to enhance solutions.
- Document integration architectures, design patterns, and workflows for future reference and knowledge sharing.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of hands-on experience in integration engineering, with at least 3 years of expertise specifically in WebMethods.
- Strong understanding of API integration, including RESTful and SOAP protocols.
- Proficient in the WebMethods suite, including Integration Server, Designer, and API Gateway.
- Experience in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C# relevant to integration solutions.
- Proven leadership skills, with the ability to manage projects and foster a collaborative team environment.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering innovative integration solutions.
- Effective communication skills to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with Agile methodologies preferred.
- Understanding of data governance and compliance in integration processes.
