JOB PURPOSE:The IT/OT Digital Manager is accountable for leading the development, implementation, and continuous optimization of all Information Technology (IT), Operational Technology (OT), and Digital services across RDMC. This includes IT infrastructure, business solutions, digital platforms, web/mobile application development, digital tool management, cybersecurity, and digital continuity. The role ensures alignment between technology investments and business objectives, supports operational resilience, and drives integration with RATP Group and key stakeholders, while enabling innovation through digital transformation.
