Receive, process and fulfill requests to ensure their timely and accurate processing in alignment with established business needs.
Uphold a high level of customer service, ensuring internal customers' satisfaction by adhering to internal SLAs and promptly addressing requests.
Review and validate all stock management transactions, providing necessary assistance and tracking pending transactions to maintain current stock levels.
Execute transactions following specified protocols to ensure accurate and punctual recording, addressing any discrepancies by liaising with relevant parties for resolution.

QualificationsLANGUAGE & TECHNICAL SKILLSLanguage Proficiency

Fluency in English.
Fluency in French is a plus.

Technical Skills

Proficiency in MS Office.
