- EDGE graduate employee will get to rotate with several assignments on different teams in the same Department he/she applied on, with total program duration of 18 months.
- Assignment duration ranges from 3 to 6 months, he/she will be entitled to an external assignment in another department for 3 months.
- EDGE employee will have different direct managers according to his/her current assignment role.
- Edge Employee will get to land on a final position (Function) according to the business need and he/she preference's will be taken into consideration.
- EDGE graduate program is a full-time job opportunity with an entry level Job Grade.
