· Research potential vendors for Sub- contracts services.· Compare and evaluate offers from suppliers.· Negotiate contract terms of agreement and pricing· Track orders and ensure timely delivery· Review quality of purchased products, relevant to site and project manager requirements.· Enter order details (e.g. vendors, quantities, prices) into internal databases.· Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information and invoices· Prepare reports on purchases, including cost analyses· Monitor orders as needs at sites.· Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure proper storageAttend trade shows and exhibitions to stay up-to-date with industry trends.Qualifications
Engineering Graduate.
· Technical and practical knowledge of all phases of contract development, award, administration and close-out relating to a construction project.· Excellent interpersonal and communication, negotiation skills and Sourcing with excellent command of English.Minimum 3 to5 years of experience.
