- Identify potential clients and generate leads through proactive local engagement.
- Conduct presentations and demonstrations of Tagaddod's waste management solutions to businesses and community representatives.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients in your assigned territory.
- Collaborate closely with other team members to strategize and implement effective sales tactics.
- Gather insights and feedback from clients to inform product enhancements and service improvements.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Provide regular reports on market activities and sales performance.
- Proven experience as a Sales Executive or similar sales role, preferably in the renewables or environmental sector.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Results-driven mindset with a strong focus on achieving sales goals.
- Familiarity with sales techniques and CRM systems.
- Passion for sustainability and an understanding of environmental issues related to waste management.
- Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability to changing situations.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within Cairo as needed.
- Proven experience as a Wholesale Representative or similar sales role.
- Strong understanding of the sales process and customer needs.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Experience in the HORECA industry is a plus.
