Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Business Intelligence (BI) Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for data analysis, strong technical skills, and the ability to translate complex information into actionable insights. As a BI Specialist, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining our BI solutions to support strategic decision-making across the organization.Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Design, develop, and maintain BI solutions, including data models, reports, dashboards, and analytics tools.
- Extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from various sources to populate data warehouses and data marts.
- Perform data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that drive business performance.
- Develop and maintain data visualizations and interactive dashboards for easy consumption of information.
- Conduct quality assurance testing to ensure the accuracy, reliability, and usability of BI solutions.
- Provide technical support and training to end-users to maximize the value of BI tools and solutions.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in BI technologies and methodologies.RequirementsRequirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or similar fields, (Master's degree preferred).
- Proven experience with minimum of 7 years as a BI Developer, Data Analyst.
- Proficiency in SQL and experience with relational databases (e.g., SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL) and data modeling.
- Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts and methodologies.
- Hands-on experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or QlikView.
- Experience with ETL tools and processes (e.g., SSIS, Informatica, Talend).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Data Analyst Associate, Tableau Desktop Certified Associate, Certified Business Intelligence Professional).BenefitsBenefits :
