Junior E-Commerce Operations Specialist

• • Process daily online store orders accurately and on time, in coordination with the rest of the team
• • Handle product returns and exchanges in collaboration with other team members and in line with company policies.
• • Update product quantities based on available warehouse stock.
• • Coordinate with customer service to resolve order or product inquiries.
• • Prepare simple daily reports regarding orders and raised issues.

• • Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role (e-commerce or customer support preferred).
• • Proficient in using a computer and Microsoft Office (Excel – Word).
• • Prior knowledge of any E-Commerce platform (e.g., Shopify, Open Cart, Woo Commerce) is a plus.
• • Strong communication skills.
