Nuvani London are recruitment specialists providing senior professionals to luxury hotels, resorts, restaurants & members clubs across The UK, Europe, Middle East & Indian Ocean.We are currently seeking a dynamic and results-driven Director of Sales & Marketing to join a luxury resort in Egypt. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic sales and marketing plans to drive revenue and brand growth for our prestigious clients.Responsibilities

Develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to achieve business objectives and revenue targets
Lead and manage a team of sales and marketing professionals, providing guidance and support as needed
Build and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders
Identify new business opportunities and develop strategic partnerships to drive business growth
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a coordinated and cohesive approach to sales and marketing efforts
Monitor market trends and competitor activity to stay informed and make informed business decisions
Prepare and present sales and marketing reports to senior management

Requirements

Minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within a 5* or luxury hotel or resort
Must have experience of working in the leisure segment
Proven track record of developing and implementing successful sales and marketing strategies
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders
Ability to think strategically and make data-driven decisions
Flexibility to travel as needed
