The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong customer service mindset, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. As a Customer Service Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients' customers, handling inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner.Key Responsibilities:- Handle inbound and outbound customer service calls in a professional and courteous manner.- Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding products, services, and policies.- Resolve customer complaints and issues by actively listening, identifying the problem, and finding a satisfactory solution.- Document all interactions with customers in our CRM system.- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved to their satisfaction.- Meet or exceed performance targets, including call handling time, first call resolution, and customer satisfaction.- Collaborate with other team members and departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.- Continuously improve knowledge of products, services, and processes to provide the best support to customers.Requirements:- C1 level proficiency in English (written and spoken).- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred.- Excellent communication skills and a customer-centric mindset.- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.- Proficient in using Microsoft Office and CRM systems.- Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings and weekends.
