- Design and implement sourcing strategies to identify and engage skilled linguists, translators, reviewers, and language specialists across multiple markets.
- Manage the talent database, ensuring profiles are current, accurate, and categorized according to language, expertise, and technology skills.
- Coordinate the vetting and onboarding process for new linguists, including administering translation tests, interviews, and compliance checks to project standards.
- Work with project teams to forecast talent requirements and fulfil resource requests in line with client project pipelines.
- Organize and lead training sessions for new and existing talent to ensure best practices are adopted in localization workflows and quality assurance processes.
- Support performance reviews and provide feedback to external talents, ensuring continuous professional development and high-quality outputs.
- Engage with freelance and vendor partners, maintaining strong relationships and clear communication channels.
- Stay informed about global trends in localization, CAT tools, and the language industry to keep talent pools competitive.
- Bachelor’s degree in Linguistics, Human Resources, Translation, or a related field.
- 0- 3 years of proven experience in either localization project management, talent acquisition, or language resource coordination.
- Strong working knowledge of translation management systems (TMS), CAT tools, and associated technologies.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with an ability to handle multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English; additional languages are highly desirable.
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving aptitude applied in fast-evolving delivery environments.
- Experience in the Translation & Localization industry is essential.
