As we continue to grow, we are looking for experienced Mechanical Maintenance Engineers to join our team and help us maintain our position as a market leader.Job Overview:As a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our production equipment and machinery. You will work closely with our production team to identify and resolve any mechanical issues that may arise, ensuring that downtime is kept to a minimum and production targets are met.Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct regular maintenance checks on all production equipment and machinery to ensure they are in good working condition
  • Troubleshoot and repair any mechanical issues that may arise during production
  • Perform preventive maintenance tasks to prevent breakdowns and extend the lifespan of equipment
  • Keep accurate records of maintenance activities and report any major issues to the maintenance supervisor
  • Work closely with the production team to identify and implement improvements to increase efficiency and reduce downtime
  • Collaborate with other maintenance engineers and technicians to share knowledge and best practices
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others
  • Keep up-to-date with industry developments and advancements in technology to continuously improve maintenance processes and techniques
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in mechanical maintenance, preferably in a manufacturing environment
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, including hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical systems
  • Proven experience in troubleshooting and repairing mechanical issues
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Knowledge of safety protocols and regulations
  • Ability to work flexible hours and be on-call for emergencies
