The ideal candidate will be hands-on, highly analytical, and passionate about building scalable systems and supporting strategic decision-making. This role will play a key part in driving financial accuracy, compliance, and operational efficiency as they grow.Key Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day accounting functions including GL, AP/AR, payroll, and month-end closing.
Lead budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial reporting across all markets.
Ensure timely and accurate financial statements aligned with local and international standards.
Design and enforce internal controls, policies, and procedures to meet tax, legal, and audit requirements.
Deliver insights and financial data to support strategic decisions across departments.
Optimize ERP systems, accounting processes, and reporting tools for scale and efficiency.
Lead annual audits and coordinate with external auditors, tax advisors, and regulators.
Monitor cash flow, working capital, and treasury controls.
Drive cost management, performance tracking, and financial modeling initiatives.
Build and lead a high-performing finance and accounting team
