This role is ideal for someone with excellent communication skills, a logical mindset, and a passion for business development.Responsibilities:· Assist in the preparation and coordination of bids, proposals, and tender submissions.· Conduct thorough research to understand client requirements and gather necessary information for bid submissions.· Ensure all bid documents are accurate, compliant, and submitted on time.· Maintain a database of bid documentation and templates for future reference.· Communicate effectively to ensure alignment on bid objectives and strategies.· Support the pre-sales team in all aspects of the bidding process.Requirements· Bachelor's degree in Business, Communication, or related field (or equivalent work experience).· Strong written and verbal communication skills.· Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.· Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.· Logical mindset with the ability to analyze complex information.· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).· Prior experience in bid management or related field is a plus but not required.Benefits
