  • Implements proactive promotional activities, including technical presentations, demonstrations, seminars, educational material, and technical development of projects and solutions for the customer target group.
  • Creates plans for target audience visits and conducts regular status reviews, including analyzing and deriving the insights and output of the visits.
  • Establishes and maintains effective long-term relationships with target group customers to understand their needs and to ensure they are well-informed of the ABB product, systems, services offering, features, and benefits.
  • Ensures a positive experience for the customer target group throughout the promotion activities.
  • Provides customer support by responding to technical questions and performing electrical calculations for the design institutes and technical consultants.
  • Ensures efficient marketing activities and strong value proposition to customers by using effective promotional techniques.
