Job Description:Envision Employment Solutions is currently looking for a Talent Acquisition Senior Manager for one of our partners, a global leader in consulting, digital transformation, technology, and engineering services.This position requires flexibility to work on US times and flexibility to travel abroad when needed.Responsibilities:
Strategic Talent Acquisition
Develop and implement a comprehensive recruitment strategy aligned with business objectives.
Partner with senior leadership to forecast hiring needs and build proactive talent pipelines.
Define and track recruitment KPIs to measure success and optimize processes.
2. Recruitment Operations
Lead and mentor a team of recruiters, ensuring delivery of high-quality candidates.
Oversee the full-cycle recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding.
Implement best practices to enhance candidate experience and employer branding.
3. Stakeholder Management
Build strong relationships with department heads and hiring managers to understand talent requirements.
Advise on market trends, salary benchmarks, and competitive hiring strategies.
Act as a trusted advisor for strategic workforce planning initiatives.
4. Employer Branding & Sourcing
Drive employer branding campaigns to position the organization as an employer of choice.
Explore innovative sourcing methods, including social media, industry networks, and talent communities.
Manage relationships with recruitment agencies and external partners.
5. Compliance & Reporting
Ensure recruitment processes comply with labor laws and company policies.
Maintain accurate recruitment metrics and produce regular reports for leadership.
Use data-driven insights to improve recruitment efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements:
Qualifications & Skills
Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
15+ years of progressive experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, with at least 2 years in a managerial or team lead role.
Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, labor legislation, and HR technologies.
Proven success in managing high-volume and niche recruitment.
Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR analytics tools.
