- Strong understanding of the market, customer dynamics, and competitive environment.
- Ability to interpret data, identify opportunities, and translate insights into actionable sales strategies.
- Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at multiple levels.
- Proven track record of delivering against KPIs such as distribution, coverage, visibility, and promotional execution.
- Proficiency in MS Office and sales reporting tools.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.
