- Provide technical support for hardware and software systems used throughout the manufacturing facility, including troubleshooting, and resolving issues promptly.
- Ensure the proper functioning of the company's network infrastructure, including routers, switches, and Wi-Fi access points.
- Assist employees with IT-related problems, including computer setup, software installations, and login issues.
- Perform routine maintenance and upgrades of computers, printers, and other IT equipment.
- Keep track of IT inventory, including hardware and software licenses, and make recommendations for procurement as needed.
- Maintain documentation related to IT systems, configurations, and procedures.
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware and software issues, knowledge of Windows and, familiarity with network protocols, and basic understanding of cybersecurity.
- Experienced in Microsoft 365, Active directory, domains, Windows servers and backup methodology.
- Solid understanding of LAN/WAN networks.
- Knowledge of system security techniques.
- Good problem-solving and communication skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure to resolve IT issues quickly.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues across different departments.
- Excellent verbal and written skills in English.
