about the roleISO 14K coordinator
  • provide administrative support for the operation of ISO 14k activities.
  • creating weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports to monitor and control all ISO exercises.
  • collecting data related to ISO 14K (Risk assessment, vendors audit, Internal audit .etc.) to manage the monthly/ yearly improvement and update sheets/ PPT/ dashboards.
  • work closely with all stakeholders to support in achieving the ISO exercise in the correct manner.
  • updating and managing the plaza space corner.
  • work on all admin and coordination work for internal audit, and external audit
  • Coordination between the different functions before and during the Internal audit and External audit
  • Create Corrective action reports.
  • Follow up on CAR reports with the different entities.
  • Adjust and amend the audit register (action tracker).
  • leading Risk Assessment exercise in Egypt MSC.
  • Working on collecting data and providing management with continuous updates on monthly/yearly basis on the following:
  • Sustainability awareness sessions
  • Energy consumption
  • Hazards & Non-Hazards waste process
  • Following and supporting on all admin activities
  • to be engaged or leading any new project related to ISO14K or any activity related.
  • working closely with ISO 27K representative to share knowledge and experience between both certificates.

  • Education and training:
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, or other equivalent education.
  • Knowledge and skills:
  • well organised.
  • time management skills.
  • Self-motivating person.
  • Very good communication skills both written and oral.
  • Interpersonal skills.
  • Good analytical skills essential.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and web based tools a MUST.
