IT Implementation Manager (Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central)

• Foster strong partnerships with business analysts and stakeholders.
• Gather, clarify, and prioritize new requirements.
• Negotiate timelines, provide regular status updates, and manage testing activities.
• Support business goals through process automation and digital innovation.

• Work closely with external implementation partners to align on project activities.
• Gain a deep understanding of delivered solutions and custom enhancements.
• Provide feedback on issues and manage partner budgets effectively.

• Monitor task progress, evaluate outcomes, and proactively address challenges.
• Guide and support team members to ensure high performance and timely delivery.

• Streamline implementation processes using industry best practices.
• Oversee project documentation, deadline tracking, quality assurance, and delivery control.

• Perform other responsibilities relevant to the role as needed.

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, or a related field.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in implementing Microsoft enterprise solutions.
• At least 3 years of experience in a project management role.
• Proven track record of successful D365 Business Central implementations.

• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (phases, stakeholders, risk, scheduling, etc.).
• Experience in creating project documentation (schedules, reports, user guides, training materials).
• In-depth understanding of D365 Business Central (Finance and Supply Chain) and Power Platform.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 customizations.
• Demonstrated leadership in managing project teams.
• Relevant professional certifications are a plus.
• Excellent command of English (written and spoken).
