RTM Support Senior Specialist

• Creating new routes boarders using ARCGIS application based on ADHOC data, company direction and sales force team on the ground reality (Rerouting)
• Updating the existing routes with the same rules above
• Prepare customer master file sheets to be uploaded (create - edit - delete)
• Dealing with all sales systems applications considering relations between each other's
• Uploading\Unloading journey plans for SFT

• Define projects plan, objectives, risks, and timelines with a charter that defines the responsibilities and duties.
• Establish effective project communication plans and ensuring their execution.
• Follow up on implementation to ensure milestones are met and team achieves the deliverable without delays.
• Monitor projects progress and provide direction to the team throughout execution phases.
• Collaborate with key business stakeholders to identify new opportunities, present ideas, and make recommendations based upon business needs and direction.

• Lead the customer-level data gathering process, unifying the customer information with customer master file (CMF) cross validation.
• Monitor sales systems applications considering relations between each.

• Bachelor's degree in Economics/Business or equivalent education.
• +4 years of relevant business experience.
• Excellent Interpersonal Skills.
• Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at different levels
