- Prioritize meeting requests and schedule internal and stakeholder/partner meetings.
- Assist in formal communications within the organization, as well as with partners and stakeholders
- Prepare and deliver reports during meetings and provide weekly updates
- Provides general support to the department and delivers in assigned work, contributing to overall departmental goals, policies and procedures.
- Acts as a link connecting departments, clients and employees.
- Filing and archiving hard copies for all the facilities and purchasing documents
- Provide direct support in handling and management of e-mail and written correspondence incoming to the office of the relevant manager.
- Organize, schedule & participate in meetings and appointments & take detailed minutes take notes and keep track of action items to ensure follow-up and completion.
- Bachelor’s or equivalent degree in administration, project management, secretariat, or a related discipline
- Proficient English and Arabic languages.
- Proficient MS Office application skills (MS Word, MS PowerPoint and MS Excel)
- is 10+ with minimum 5 years’ experience in technology/FSI industry.
- Past experience must include formal Arabic language memos, reports and presentations.
- Must have the fundamental personal assistant and admin support skills (discretion, time alert, delivery focus, follow up skills, organizational skills, office skills, etc.)
