- Collaborating with other departments to streamline processes and improve overall customer experience.
- Dealing with external parties to solve any issues related to Activation process.
- Have a strong background in card activation operations.
- Excellent communication skills, attention to detail
- Full understanding of KYC procedures.
- Should possess strong multitasking abilities, excellent time management skills and ability to work effectively on reports.
