- Deliver sales objectives for the assigned brand on National Level aligning with the brand strategy.
- Ensure application of the company core values in his/her team day-to-day activities.
- Promote and follow company strategic priorities, polices, regulations, and management rules/codes in his/her overall practices and day to day activities.
- Working cross functionally to develop the brand plan, operational tactical plan ensuring high execution level of the agreed plans with the sales team in field.
- Ensure efficient allocation of the available resources to execute the agreed territory action plans accurately.
- Plan for his/her brand customer engagement plan and take all required action on time to ensure accurate customer engagement.
- Continuously review his/her team level of knowledge; product, competitors, selling skills, administrative duties, and company policies. This is accomplished through day-to-day interaction and team meetings.
- Managing Core and Bloom KPIs ( Diagnostics knowledge, key account management, science validation).
- Set a mentor plan based on a comprehensive review of his/her OBPs proficiencies and learning abilities and lead his/her time to ensure their development through on-the-Job mentor sessions.
- Set Individual Developmental plans based on a comprehensive review of the OBPs aspirations, their key areas of strengths and areas of development.
- Ensure accurate on time execution of the agreed action plans in the OBPs individual developmental plans to help their team deliver their sales and non-sales short term objectives and achieve their long-term aspirations.
- Ensure accurate segmentation of the targeted customers and accurate allocation of the OBPs time per segment as per the overall marketing strategies.
- Coordinate and build cross functional networks to ensure a smooth work flow and partners teamwork.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with key customers in coordination with OBPs.
- Consistently review and analyze the performance records of the brand with each one reporting to him/her, resolve where performance deviates from established goals, investigate the cause for lack of progress, and take remedial action.
- Recruit, assist in the selection and orient new OBPs to the job.
- Adopt the new OBP mindset within the team and newly recruited members.
- Articulate authentic commitment to diversity of representations, thinking and psychological safety, empowers others and focuses on team cohesion.
- Show awareness of personal bias and attentive to other’s cultures with open mindset, curiosity and empathy.
- A minimum of three years of managerial experience in a pharmaceutical company is required.
- Specialty / Oncology / Hematology Experience is mandatory.
- Proven managerial, communication & leadership skills.
- Effective interpersonal and team building skills.
