- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and market share targets in East Africa.
- Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and distribution channels.
- Generate leads and convert them into long-term customers.
- Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs in East African countries.
- Develop promotional campaigns tailored to each market.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and business partners.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and payment terms with customers.
- Ensure timely delivery of products and resolve customer complaints efficiently.
- Scheduling all relevant meetings starting from the tendering stage (for any technical or commercial queries to do our best for securing/awarding the job and other meetings (after awarding) to discuss the project requirements, progress, financial settlement, outstanding disputes, …etc) to ensure customer satisfaction with regard of mitigate/eliminating any impact on the company
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts.
- Prepare the commercial and Technical Proposal in line with the client's requirements.
- Be fully aware of the contract conditions which identify the company‘s and customer‘s obligations and rights under the contract, and coordinate between all the departments to complete the assigned tasks in a single point of contact system between the company and the client.
- Maintain CRM updated with relevant opportunities and quotes.
- Experience handling multi-country sales in East Africa.
- 2 years of experience in sales preferably in the industrial, oil & gas, pipe & construction industry.
- Familiarity with import/export regulations in East Africa.
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business, Chemical, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience handling multi-country sales, particularly in East Africa.
- 5+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the industrial, construction, or Pipe industry experience
- Familiarity with import/export regulations in East Africa.
- Proficiency in English (French or Swahili is a plus).
