Run the MRP based on the planning horizon, raising the PRs & follow-up on the planning cycle.
·Create the master production schedule based on the calculated capacity.
·Release the daily production plan for manufacturing & monitor the materials consumption.
·Handle the NPIs & samples plans with the stakeholders.
·Monitor the stock level of Materials, FGs & Samples to optimize inventory level considering safety stock.
·Issue all MRP reports regularly showing the status of the material supply flow, releasing shortage & DOS Reports.
·Produce reports based on findings and performance of production.
·Keep the creation and effective execution of material supply plan to increase inventory turnover and reduce stock out costs monthly over month.
·Achieve the daily, monthly and yearly production plan.
·Manage deadlines based on project expectations.
·Work with the stakeholder on the supply chain excellence projects & improvements planJob Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in engineering is a must.
APICS certification is a plus.
2-3 years of experience
Prior experience as MRP & Production planning in the industry preferred.
