As a Technical Presales Manager you'll be the tech expert supporting the Business Development team, explaining the technology behind our solutions to clients. You'll work closely with both the Business Development team, product, and development teams, turning complex technical ideas into understandable and attractive solutions.Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive tech and solution sales kit: This includes crafting compelling demos, technical sales decks, and other assets that effectively showcase the value proposition of our solutions.
  • Lead the solution design process: You will work closely with customers to understand their unique challenges and requirements. Leveraging your technical knowledge and solution design skills, you will develop tailored solutions that meet their specific needs and exceed expectations. You will then present and pitch these solutions to stakeholders, ensuring clear communication of the technical scope and expected outcomes.
  • Drive customer experience innovation: Be at the forefront of developing and promoting innovative solutions that enhance customer experience. Identify opportunities to leverage technology to streamline processes, improve user experience, and create lasting value for our customers.
  • Cultivate existing accounts: Collaborate with the Account Management team to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within our existing client base. Develop and present solutions that optimize ongoing client relationships and drive account growth.
  • Manage Technology Partners: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key technology partners. Stay abreast of the latest technologies and partner offerings to ensure our solutions are at the cutting edge.
  • Continuous learning and knowledge sharing: Foster a culture of continuous learning within the presales team. Stay current on industry trends, emerging technologies, and our evolving solution portfolio. Proactively share knowledge with colleagues to ensure everyone is equipped to deliver exceptional value to our customers.
  • Co-pitch with Business Development and Account Management: Partner with the Business Development and Account Management teams to co-pitch solutions to prospective and existing clients. Your technical expertise and solution design skills will be critical in crafting compelling presentations that secure new deals and strengthen existing client relationships.
RequirementsRequired Skills &Abilities:
  • Strong understanding of complex technologies and their application within the relevant industry.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to translate technical concepts into clear and concise language for both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Proven ability to develop and present winning solution proposals.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • A passion for technology and a commitment to continuous learning.
Education & Experience:
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, engineering, or related field.
  • Proven experience in a technical presales or solution design role.
  • Experience managing and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
