- - Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets for various IT projects
- - Coordinate with internal teams, external vendors, and stakeholders to ensure project deliverables are met
- - Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates to senior management
- - Identify and mitigate any project risks and issues
- - Manage project resources and ensure efficient utilization
- - Conduct regular project meetings and facilitate effective communication among team members
- - Ensure project documentation is complete and up-to-date
- - Collaborate with IT team to identify and implement new technologies and systems that will improve the organization's operations
- - Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve project management processes and methodologies
- Proven experience as an IT Project Manager in a large organization, preferably in the healthcare industry
- - Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- - Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- - Proficient in project management tools and methodologies
- - Knowledge of healthcare IT systems and technologies
- - Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- - Strong organizational and time management skills
- - PMP certification is a plus
