Aircraft Engineering Academy Sales Manager

• Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets for the academy
• Build and maintain relationships with key clients in the aviation and airline industry, as well as aircraft engineering training providers
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities for the academy
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and support

• Prepare and deliver sales reports and presentations to management
• Stay informed of industry trends and developments to identify potential
• opportunities for the academy
• Attend trade shows and other industry events to promote the academy and its
• courses
• Provide guidance and support to the students throughout the enrollment process

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in sales, experience in the aviation and airline industry,
• aircraft engineering is an advantange
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Knowledge of the aviation and airline industry and its trends and developments
• Experience in working with international students
• Ability to travel as needed
