- Provide excellent customer service by resolving customer inquiries and issues promptly and accurately

- Adhere to company policies and procedures while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
- Meet or exceed individual and team performance targets
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service role preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in using computer systems and navigating multiple applications simultaneously
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends
