Department: Human ResourcesWe are expanding! Join our dynamic team as an HR Administrator at our new branch in Luxor. This is a great opportunity for an organized, proactive individual fluent in English and passionate about human resources.Key Responsibilities:Support daily HR operations and ensure smooth administration of HR policies and proceduresHandle employee records, contracts, attendance, and leave trackingAssist with recruitment processes including job postings, screening, and scheduling interviewsCoordinate onboarding and offboarding processesMaintain employee database and generate HR reportsEnsure compliance with labor laws and internal policiesProvide administrative support to the HR and management teamPrimary Job ResponsibilitiesRequirements:Location: Must be based in LuxorLanguage: Fluent in English (spoken and written)Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related fieldMinimum 1-2 years of relevant HR or administrative experienceSolid understanding of HR basics and local labor lawsStrong organizational and communication skillsProficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
