- Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware
- Respond to queries either in person or over the phone
- Respond to email messages for customers seeking help
- Determine nature of problem walk customer through problem-solving process
- Install, modify, and repair computer hardware and software
- Managing and configuring access points, cameras , printers, finger print machine and laptops (windows / MAC)
- Resolve technical problems with Local Area Networks (LAN), Wide Area Networks (WAN), and other systems
- Install computer peripherals for users
- Follow up with employees to ensure issue has been resolved
- Manage and Maintain all H/W assets and update it's status on Assets System
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or relevant degree
- 1-3 years of experience in a similar field
- Fundamentals of MCSE and networking is a must
- Knowledge in office365 and Sophos Endpoint Management is a plus
- Very good communication, problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills
