  • Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware
  • Respond to queries either in person or over the phone
  • Respond to email messages for customers seeking help
  • Determine nature of problem walk customer through problem-solving process
  • Install, modify, and repair computer hardware and software
  • Managing and configuring access points, cameras , printers, finger print machine and laptops (windows / MAC)
  • Resolve technical problems with Local Area Networks (LAN), Wide Area Networks (WAN), and other systems
  • Install computer peripherals for users
  • Follow up with employees to ensure issue has been resolved
  • Manage and Maintain all H/W assets and update it's status on Assets System
The ideal candidate will have:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or relevant degree
  • 1-3 years of experience in a similar field
  • Fundamentals of MCSE and networking is a must
  • Knowledge in office365 and Sophos Endpoint Management is a plus
  • Very good communication, problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills
