The Facilities Manager is responsible for overseeing, maintaining, and optimizing all aspects of an organization’s facilities, ensuring they are safe, efficient, and fully operational. This role involves managing building maintenance, security, cleaning, space planning, and compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan, coordinate, and oversee all facility operations, including maintenance, repairs, security, and cleaning services.
  • Manage budgets, control costs, and ensure cost-effective facility management solutions.
  • Oversee building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire safety) to ensure proper operation and compliance with regulations.
  • Plan and supervise renovations, upgrades, and office layout changes.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental requirements.
  • Manage vendor contracts and service agreements for facility-related services.
  • Monitor and respond to facility-related issues promptly to minimize downtime.
  • Implement preventive maintenance schedules for all equipment and infrastructure.
  • Prepare reports and recommendations for facility improvements and upgrades.
  • Lead emergency preparedness planning for facility-related incidents.
