The Service Delivery Manager at SWATX plays a crucial role in ensuring the successful delivery of services to our clients. This position will focus on providing high-quality service and support, collaborating with various teams to manage the end-to-end service delivery process, and spearheading continuous improvement initiatives.   • Oversee the service delivery process, ensuring adherence to service levels, quality standards, and client expectations.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution and delivery of services.
  • Monitor service performance metrics and provide regular reports to senior management.
  • Facilitate regular client reviews and feedback sessions to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement process improvement strategies to enhance service efficiency.
  • Manage escalations related to service delivery issues and drive resolution efforts.
  • Support the development and training of staff to improve service delivery skills.
**Team Collaboration and Communication:**

Requirements**Qualifications:**- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.- Proven experience as a Service Delivery Manager or in a similar role (5+ years preferred).- Strong understanding of service management principles and methodologies (e.g., ITIL).- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.- Strong organizational and time management abilities.- Proficiency in project management software and service management tools.- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.**Preferred Skills:**- Experience in a technology or IT services environment.- Knowledge of cloud services and solutions.- Familiarity with process improvement frameworks (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
