Technical Team Leader

• Lead the technical Team to design, research, build, improve and perform design, construction and delivery of Telecom Systems (SDH, MPLS, RF, UHF, SHF, 3G/4G)
• Assess project requirements and specifications based on international standards, industrial requirement and regulations.
• Develop design drawings and Bill of Material.
• Select the components required to execute the design.
• Issue the design project document and write the project’s activities and user manual
• Assist in the development and to apply test plans.
• Investigate the cause of equipment and system failures and fix them.
• Recommend design modifications to ensure there will be no malfunctions in the system or in the equipment.
• Develop and maintain key relationships with different stakeholders
• Follows-up with engineers to undertake implementation and coding of drawings in addition to the installation activities.
• Manages and supervises the all telecom activities related to engineering, procurement and construction of the project.
• Collaborates with the presales team in the offering process when it comes to all telecom related matters.
• Prepares weekly progress reports and submits them to Technical Manager for review and discussion.
• Attends assigned projects technical meetings (KOM, clarification meetings, Etc)
• Apply all quality and software coding standards on all projects’ technical activities.
• Coordinates with project manager all project related design input clarifications in form of technical queries and requests for information
