- Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients to understand their needs and ensure satisfaction.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products and services to existing clients.
- Conduct regular check-ins with clients to assess their satisfaction and gather feedback for service improvement.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver customized solutions tailored to client requirements.
- Prepare reports on client engagement and performance metrics to track progress against business objectives.
- Monitor industry trends and competitive landscape to identify new client acquisition strategies.
- Participate in client meetings and presentations to communicate ABK's value proposition effectively.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in client relationship management or sales, preferably in a corporate environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing client accounts successfully.
- Ability to analyze client needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing client concerns.
- Familiarity with CRM software and digital communication tools.
