
Senior Marketing Executive (12 Months Contract)

- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans and campaigns across various channels (digital and offline).
- Coordinate with creative and related teams to implement content strategies that engage audiences and optimize ROI.
- Manage marketing materials and ensure timely delivery within budget.
- Use data and analytics to optimize targeting and segmentation of campaigns.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with partners, media, and content providers.
- Oversee multi-channel marketing execution, including digital advertising, PPC, SEO, email marketing, and social media.
- Track campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Ensure that all campaigns align with acquisition, engagement, retention, and brand awareness goals.
- Work independently with minimal supervision, showing strong initiative and time-management skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Minimum 3-4 years of experience in leading and executing marketing campaigns (both organic and paid).
- Proficiency in digital marketing platforms, including social media, web analytics, and email marketing.
- Strong copywriting and creative skills with experience in content creation.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Arabic.
- Highly organized with a strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel) and experience with design tools like Canva.
- Experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., Eloqua) and CMS platforms is a plus.
- Strong analytical mindset, capable of managing data and optimizing campaigns based on performance.
- Experience with marketing automation tools (e.g., Eloqua), social media management platforms (e.g., Sprout Social), and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics).
- Event marketing experience.
