Make outbound calls to potential buyers, tenants, or investors from provided leads or databases.
Introduce real estate projects, property offers, and promotions to prospects.
Qualify leads and gather customer requirements (budget, location preference, property type).
Schedule site visits and forward interested clients to sales consultants or property advisors.
Follow up with clients regularly to nurture interest and close deals.
Maintain and update client information in CRM systems.
Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets.
Handle basic customer objections and provide accurate information.
Work closely with the marketing and sales departments to align messaging.
Keep updated with real estate market trends, new listings, and company offerings.
