Our hotel is connected to a shopping mall, it has 154 rooms including 31 Suites, 30 Beach Suites and 6 Villas with private pools, a private beach, a sea water infinity beach pool and a heated indoor pool, Spa and Fitness Center, and 10 food and beverage venues including an open-air 350 seat beach restaurant.Learning & Development SITAbout the roleFour Seasons Hotel Alexandria is looking for a Learning and Development SIT who is responsible to Support in delivering workplace learning, service improvement programs, and initiatives to best achieve long-term business success; add value in meeting the hotel’s needs by identifying and implementing learning and performance improvement strategies that support the hotel’s strategic direction; promotes a continuous learning culture; partners with stakeholders to ensure employees are trained on the needed skills to successfully perform their jobs to attain service excellence.What will you doManages and facilitates (in collaboration with other presenters) Embark for all new employeesManages and facilitates (in collaboration with other presenters) all other core programs including Service Foundations, Introduction to Leadership Behaviors, NLO, GROW, and annual compliance requirements.Ensures new managers to the company are given the knowledge and skills to successfully complete their 90-day probationary period through the New Leader Orientation programMaintains an effective Designated Trainer programResponsible for an indirect reporting relationship with the Designated Trainers, ensuring their roles and responsibilities are supported, developed, and adhered to in standards achievement and improved guest satisfaction.Trains new Designated Trainers (DT) when required and regularly coaches and develops Designated Trainers (DT) in their role and responsibilitiesSupports an effective standards training program and ensures Standards Training Manuals are updated regularly and training checklists are turned in for new hires * Maintains completion of annual ethics and safety program on propertyWhat will you bring1 year experience in similar role.Excellent communication skillsFacilitation skillsCoaching skillsInfluencing skillsWhat we offer:
